FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What makes your grading service different from others like PSA or Beckett?

We provide a luxury experience designed for collectors who value presentation as much as preservation. Every card is examined with expert care, encapsulated in a custom acrylic case, sealed using ultrasonic welding, and finished with a laser-engraved aluminum label. Some of our service tiers also include a high-resolution image of your card and a imaged-backed condition report.

How accurate and reliable are your grades?

We use a strict grading scale designed for consistency and fairness. Each card is carefully reviewed under high-resolution imaging.  Your cards are then mapped on a digital grid, and each coordinate is carefully examined so that no detail is overlooked.  Our system focuses on transparency and collector confidence. Thus, we offer An image-backed condition report so collectors can see exactly how each grade was assigned.

Do you use a number grade system?

Instead of numbers, we use an elegant letter-grade scale with distinctive names such as Flawless (Diamond S), Near Perfect (S), Mint (Diamond A), and more. This makes our grading system unique, refined, and collector-friendly.

HOW CAN a buyer confirm a card was graded by you?

Each graded card is assigned a unique serial number that can be looked up in the archive. Here you’ll be able to see your card’s grade, and certification details.

Do you accept all types of trading cards?

We currently grade Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and all modern trading cards. If you’d like us to grade other types, feel free to contact us for availability.

How long does the process take?

Standard turnaround time for individual submissions is usually 2-4 weeks depending on current volume. Rush options are also available.  Bulk submissions take 4-6 weeks.

How are my cards protected during the process?

From the moment we receive your cards, they are handled with museum-grade care. Cards are stored securely, tracked at every step, and encapsulated in cases designed for both display and long-term protection.

Can I customize the slab or pedestal?

Yes. Our pedestals and label holders are available in a variety of colors, allowing you to match your slab to the card’s theme or your collection’s aesthetic.

Do you offer bulk submission discounts?

Yes. Submitting 10 or more cards qualifies you for discounted pricing. Bulk submissions still receive the same luxury presentation and care as individual orders.

Where are you located? Do you accept international submissions?

We are based in Toronto, Canada and accept both domestic and international submissions. International collectors are responsible for shipping and customs costs.

What happens if my card is damaged during grading?

We take the utmost care with every card and use secure handling procedures. While damages are extremely rare, we have policies in place to address and resolve any issues fairly.
